On the recent episode of the ARN Podcast, WWE Hall of Famer, Arn Anderson weighed in his thoughts on WWE superstar Cesaro, who is considered to be one of the most underrated performers in the world of professional wrestling today.
Cesaro first started working under WWE back in 2011 for WWE’s then-developmental brand, Florida Championship Wrestling (FCW) and throughout the years, the WWE Universe has witnessed the rise of ‘The Swiss Superman’.
With his stunning in-ring skills, Cesaro has produced some of the finest matches in WWE history and has won over the WWE Universe’s support, as well. However, according to Arn Anderson, the former United States Champion is not very well-liked by WWE management and doesn’t happen to be a “favorite guy”.
“He’s not a favorite guy, as you know, of the front office, for whatever reason that is. They’re the only ones that know because everyone else across the planet seems to think he’s a Superstar. But he continued to get leaned on to stop doing all that stuff [impressive moves] as a heel. It was just too flashy and all that stuff.”
Cesaro has been with the WWE for almost a decade now, however, the Swiss sensation has only one singles title win throughout his WWE career and is currently part of a faction with Sami Zayn and Shinsuke Nakamura on WWE SmackDown.
