Lacey Evans took to Instagram and uploaded a video of herself wearing revealing clothing.
Lacey Evans desires to earn championship gold through her hard work and perseverance, rather than having it handed to her. After a period of inactivity, she returned to the ring on January 27 during an episode of SmackDown, where she showcased a more aggressive character and won against indie star Jazmin Allure using Sgt. Slaughter’s signature Cobra Clutch move. Since her comeback, Evans has won two out of four in-ring competitions.
In a recent conversation with Denise Salcedo, Evans expressed her goals for the future. She wants to push herself to earn title aspirations through hard work and dedication, rather than relying on any shortcuts.
“I want to work hard for it,” she said. “Throughout my entire life, I’ve never been given anything, and I don’t want to be handed anything now. I like how my career has progressed, and I don’t just want to win a title without working for it. So, after WrestleMania, I plan to take every opportunity to show the world that I am an excellent example of what every woman can be and should be. I’ll fight for it, work for it, and bang on doors for it. I want to become a WWE Champion.”
On the March 24 episode of SmackDown, Evans teamed up with Xia Li for a Women’s WrestleMania Showcase qualifying match. Unfortunately, their opponents Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez won the match, cutting Evans’ hopes of performing on the grand stage a little short this year.
