Brock Lesnar’s Problem With Bray Wyatt Revealed

Brock Lesnar and Bray Wyatt are two amazing performers, but the two never crossed paths at the Showcase of the Immortals. WWE tried to put them together in a storyline at WrestleMania 39, but Brock stepped out of the storyline considering that it was out of his character.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Brock didn’t find the character matching his own, and so the change took place where the match was called off. It was at this moment that Bobby Lashley was introduced to create a feud between Lashley and Wyatt.

Lesnar asked out of the match. It was nothing personal, just felt it was the wrong opponent for his character.

Bray Wyatt couldn’t wrestle at WrestleMania 39, and now with him gone, one can only try to remember him or ponder over what matches could have come to life. Brock Lesnar has a special persona about his character, and him not agreeing with the match idea at Mania is clearly understandable.

Bray Wyatt is a character par excellence as he knew how to create magic on the mic and between the ropes with his charisma. Bray could turn a mundane storyline into an excellent one, and this possibility alone, made way for some exceptional storytelling.

WWE missed out on a possible opportunity, but more than that, the fans have missed out on a possible feud that would have made Bray Wyatt get the world in his hands.
