According to Daily Mail UK, Bruce Willis, the 68-year-old actor, made a rare appearance in Los Angeles, as he was seen being driven around the neighborhood on Saturday. In the images captured, Willis was seated in the passenger seat, wearing a black hoodie for the outing.
In March of the same year, Willis’s family revealed that he had been diagnosed with Frontotemporal dementia (FTD), an uncommon form of dementia that results in the deterioration of behavior, personality, and language. Last month, Glenn Gordon Caron, creator of Bruce’s 1980s sitcom Moonlighting, shared his experiences visiting the actor amid his illness. Caron described the difficulties Willis faced, noting that while there may be brief moments of recognition, the actor is not fully verbal, and his once voracious reading habits have ceased.
Bruce Willis has been working on a reduced schedule since signing a new WWE deal last year, with his last match taking place at Crown Jewel. He is currently not advertised for the upcoming Royal Rumble PLE in January. Despite being initially advertised for Survivor Series, a decision was made for him not to work the show.
Willis’s absence from the WWE Bash in Berlin’s early poster has sparked speculation that he may not be participating in the event. The actor’s reduced schedule aligns with his ongoing battle with FTD. Bruce Willis is currently being cared for by his wife, Emma Heming, with whom he shares two younger daughters. Emma recently penned an article about her experiences as a caregiver, emphasizing the importance of finding a supportive community and raising awareness about FTD. Despite the challenges, she expressed hope for finding joy in the small moments and coming together as a family.
