Trump Explodes At Neil Cavuto After Betrayal

In a recent post on Truth Social, former President Donald Trump expressed his frustration with Fox News, accusing the network of using what he referred to as a “Fake News CNN Poll” to boost the profile of Nikki Haley in New Hampshire. Trump claimed that when Fox News accidentally displayed the USA TODAY/Suffolk University Poll, where he held a commanding lead of 46% to 26%, a 20-point advantage, anchor Neil Cavuto reacted strongly and insisted on featuring the CNN Poll instead.

Trump asserted that he possesses five reputable New Hampshire polls where he is leading by a margin of 20 points or more. He contrasted these polls with the CNN Poll, in which he claimed a 7-point lead. Trump criticized Fox News for choosing the CNN Poll, alleging that the network fails to understand the dynamics reflected in their ratings.

The former president specifically pointed out what he perceives as an issue with the CNN Poll’s methodology, arguing that Democrats and Independents are overrepresented and allowed to vote, leading to a skewed outcome. Trump’s contention is that Fox News, by selecting the CNN Poll, is not accurately representing the New Hampshire electorate, which he believes heavily favors him.

Trump concluded his post with a lament about Fox News not comprehending the situation, and he attributed his dissatisfaction with the network to their purportedly reflected ratings. The use of the term “SAD!” reflects Trump’s disappointment and disapproval of Fox News’ choices in covering polling data related to the New Hampshire primary.
