At the 2024 Royal Rumble event, one of the noteworthy matches besides the men’s Royal Rumble match was the clash for the United States Championship between Kevin Owens and Logan Paul.
Leading up to the event, there were rumors sparked by the intro narrated by Hulk Hogan, suggesting that the wrestling icon might make an appearance at The Rumble. Additionally, there were talks of Logan Paul “linking up” with Hogan during the event.
However, on a recent episode of the Impaulsive podcast, Logan Paul revealed to his guest Rick Ross that despite the plans, he was too focused on his match to meet up with Hulk Hogan.
“We were supposed to link up actually two days ago [at WWE Royal Rumble], but I was just in the zone before my match. I just wanted to focus. It’s hard nah. We gotta get you in there, Rick, running ropes.”
Paul’s dedication to his match and his desire to stay focused resulted in him missing out on the opportunity to meet with Hulk Hogan during the event.
