It has come to light that The Georgia State Senate Special Committee on Investigations Wednesday morning heard testimony from Trump RICO co-defendant Michael Roman’s attorney, Ashleigh Merchant via The Gateway Pundit.
A previous court filing noted that Michael Roman revealed Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis “financially benefited” from a romantic relationship with top Trump prosecutor Nathan Wade.
It has been noted that Merchant testified on her conversations with Nathan Wade’s former law partner and divorce attorney Terrence Bradley. Merchant went on to testify that Fani Willis indeed visited the Biden White House and met with Kamala Harris prior to the Trump RICO indictment.
According to publicly available records, Fani Willis visited the White House and met with Kamala Harris in February 2023 – several months before the Trump RICO indictment.
Merchant testified to this on Wednesday.Fani Willis previously testified that she did not visit the White House when she traveled to DC. Georgia judge Scott McAfee previously said Fani Willis may be disqualified from Trump’s RICO case over her improper relationship with top Trump prosecutor Nathan Wade.

Meanwhile, a Fulton County ethics watchdog slated to hear complaints against District Attorney Fani Willis (D) on Thursday will no longer do so, according to an updated meeting agenda. It is noted that The Fulton County Board of Ethics was expected to hear two complaints against Willis after her romance with a special prosecutor on the election interference case involving former President Trump raised concerns of a conflict of interest.
The board determined it does not have jurisdiction over Willis, who is a state constitutional officer in her role, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.
