During a White House press briefing, Fox Business Network’s Ed Lawrence inquired about Biden’s reliance on notecards, and when Jean-Pierre dismissed the question, Newsmax’s James Rosen joined in.
Lawrence asked why the President heavily relies on notecards, to which Jean-Pierre responded by questioning the significance of the inquiry. She emphasized Biden’s successful first three years and achievements, downplaying the importance of discussing notecards.
When Rosen attempted to follow up on the question, Jean-Pierre refused to engage with him, stating that she was speaking to Lawrence and not him. Lawrence continued to press for an answer on why Biden relies on notecards, but Jean-Pierre redirected the focus to the President’s accomplishments.
Later in the briefing, Jean-Pierre made an inaudible remark aimed at Lawrence, and when asked about it, she clarified that she was teasing and giving him a hard time.
