It has been noted that former President Donald Trump recently reignited his longtime feud with Megyn Kelly during a rally in Georgia on Saturday night via Mediaite.
The former president’s attack on Kelly took place while he was recalling the infamous 2015 GOP presidential debate which she moderated.
“They asked me that horrible, horrible question, remember?” Trump said. “And I said, ‘Oh, am I dead?’ That’s the first question I ever got.”
Well, Trump and Kelly first began their feud at that 2015 debate, when she asked him directly about his history of calling women he disliked “fat pigs, dogs, slobs, and disgusting animals.”
The confrontation also provoked Trump into publicly maligning Kelly on multiple occasions, including when labeled her a “bimbo” and suggested she “had blood coming out of her eyes, or blood coming out of her wherever.”
Trump responded, after the debate, by infamously claiming Kelly had “blood coming out of her wherever.” The feud between the two festered for years, but they seemed recently to have mended fences — as the former president sat down with Kelly for an interview last September.
But last night, Trump went after Kelly once again.
“Megyn Kelly, may she rest in peace,” Trump said. “She’s sort of making a career by pretending she likes me.”
Last summer Megyn Kelly declared her yearslong feud with Donald Trump to now be water “under the bridge.”
