Former President Donald Trump’s teen son was spotted towering over his mum Melania as they stopped for a spot of Easter Brunch via Mirror.
It has been noted that the Trump family were out in full force on Sunday, March 31, as they dressed up in their Easter best at the former president’s Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida. Standing at a staggering 6ft 7ins, 18-year-old Barron Trump looked very dapper in his two-piece navy suit adorned with a bright yellow tie as he walked side-by-side with his mother.
The pair were also joined by Melania’s father, Victor Knavs. Melania, 53 had been largely absent from public life and that includes her husband’s New York court hearings – due to the death of her mother at the start of the year.
This has led to speculation that she is in little hurry to join her 77-year-old husband on the campaign trail. Now, the former First Lady looked glowing as she sported a flowing white dress as she strolled to lunch proudly next to her lofty son.
Dad Donald, who stands at 6ft 3in, has often joked about how Barron preferred football to basketball despite his height. Trump was also spotted donning a yellow ‘Make America Great Again’ baseball cap – matching Barron’s tie – as he spent time with his grandchildren.
Donald Trump returned home to Florida following a tough week in New York, where an appeals court agreed to delay the collection of the ex-president’s $454 million civil fraud fine if he secures a $175 million bond within 10 days after it was due to expire on last Monday.
The court also set the date for his hush-money criminal trial – the first of its kind for a former US president. On March 22, Judge Juan Merchan set a date of 15 April for the trial, rejecting requests from the former president’s attorneys to delay it by at least 90 days.
