It has been noted via Page Six that Jennifer Garner is reportedly “encouraging” her ex-husband Ben Affleck to “work on his marriage” with Jennifer Lopez as rumors of their divorce has been floating.
“She fully supports their relationship and wants nothing more than for him to be happy,” a source told Us Weekly Tuesday.
The “13 Going on 30” alum, who was married to Affleck from 2005 to 2018, also knows how fame “can put a strain” on the couple’s relationship, the source continued.
The actress’ support for Ben Affleck comes as Page Six reported that Affleck has “come to his senses” about his failing relationship with Lopez, 54, and knows they are headed for divorce.
“If there was a way to divorce on grounds of temporary insanity,” an insider told us Monday. “He feels like the last two years was just a fever dream, and he’s come to his senses now and understands there is just no way this is going to work.”
Over the past week, there have been widespread rumors about Lopez and Affleck breaking up, stemming from reports that the actor was staying in a separate residence from his wife. Recent photos showed the “Argo” star driving his sports car through a Brentwood neighborhood in Los Angeles on Thursday morning, as TMZ reported that he had stayed in the area overnight. During that time, he was seen wearing his wedding band, but he hadn’t been seen with the “On The Floor” songstress for over a month.
