The former Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns is certainly one of the greatest stars of the company. He has been away from the programming since the historic WrestleMania 40, where he lost the Undisputed WWE Title to Cody Rhodes. Although the American Nightmare finished his story, the Tribal Chief’s saga is far from over. However, he continues to remain on hiatus.
During the hiatus of ‘The Tribal Chief’, Solo Sikoa has taken over as the head of the table and he has been establishing his dominance by bringing in Tanga Loa and Tama Tonga to form a new Bloodline faction. Paul Heyman has been doing his best during this transition, but he is no longer in control. Most recently he brought in Jacob Fatu as well. It it noted that this shift occurred after Jimmy Uso, who was written off the show due to an injury, was brutally expelled from the faction.
With the recent addition of Jacob Fatu, Solo’s leadership is taking the Bloodline to new heights. It has been noted that Zilla Fatu has also teased his entry into the picture. However, fans are still left wondering when Roman Reigns will return.
Dave Meltzer speculated on Wrestling Observer Radio that fans might see his comeback at SummerSlam.
“I could see him doing the return at the end of the SummerSlam match. I could see that.”
We will have to wait and see when he decides to make his return.
