Former President Donald Trump recently described President Joe Biden as an “old, broken down pile of crap,” and stated that he would rather face Vice President Kamala Harris in the 2024 presidential election as per to footage on Wednesday.
In the footage, which was seemingly taken covertly at a golf course and showed the former president sitting in a golf cart next to Barron, Trump could be heard asking a man, “How did I do with the debate the other night?”
Trump went on to describe Biden as an “old, broken down pile of crap,” before claiming:
He just quit, you know. He’s quitting the race. I got him out of the race, and that means we have Kamala. I think she’s gonna be better. She’s so bad. She’s so pathetic. She’s so fucking bad. Can you imagine that guy dealing with Putin and the president of China, who’s a fierce person? He’s a fierce man. Very tough guy.
Trump then concluded, “They just announced he’s probably quitting. Just keep knocking him out, huh?” before driving away in the golf cart.
“It was not immediately clear where or when exactly the footage had been covertly filmed,” the news outlet acknowledged.
Several prominent Democrats, including former Obama HUD Secretary Julián Castro, have called on Biden to drop out of the race against Trump since his disastrous performance in CNN’s first presidential debate last week.
On Wednesday, the New York Times reported that Biden was considering whether to stay in the race. Biden, however, has repeatedly insisted that he will remain in the race until the end.
