“Jennifer’s mom told her, ‘Cut your losses and move on to avoid getting any deeper in this mess,'” a source recently revealed to a news outlet, amid persistent rumors of a potential breakup.
Rodríguez believes that her daughter has spent years idealizing Ben as a perfect partner. “He was not the person she thought he was,” the insider explained. “This has taken a significant toll on her, causing her to lose sight of her true self.” Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck were married in July 2022.
Lopez seems to share her mother’s sentiments. The source claimed that the “Let’s Get Loud” singer now feels that Ben does not deserve her, and her sisters agree. They want Jennifer to find happiness and think she is too focused on what her relationship with Ben was supposed to be, rather than what it is now. They are urging her to file for divorce and concentrate on her kids and career. Lopez has twins, Max and Emme, 16, with her ex-husband Marc Anthony.
