Ex-CIA Agent Accuses Trump Of Staging His…

Colin Regg reports that former CIA analyst Gail Helt has made a controversial claim suggesting that Donald Trump orchestrated his own assassination attempt. Helt, who worked with the CIA for 11 years, proposed that Trump staged the failed hit to avoid prison. She argued that Trump might have been hit with a bullet because of his desperation to stay out of jail.

Helt also implied that Trump could have timed his head tilt to dodge the bullet, a feat she described as nearly impossible. While this is a dramatic theory, some believe it is more plausible that the CIA could have been behind the assassination attempt.

Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) alleged on Friday that whistleblowers have revealed several members of former President Donald Trump’s security detail were not properly trained Secret Service agents, contradicting previous statements by the agency’s director. According to Hawley, these whistleblowers claim that the Biden Administration authorized DHS officials to replace Secret Service agents tasked with Trump’s security.

In a letter addressed to DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, Hawley questioned why DHS officials, instead of trained Secret Service agents, were assigned to Trump’s security detail. He criticized the security arrangements at a July 13 rally, describing it as “loose” and lacking standard protective measures. Whistleblower accounts suggest that detection canines were not used, unauthorized individuals accessed backstage areas, and DHS personnel were poorly stationed around the event’s security perimeter.

Hawley emphasized that the majority of DHS officials were drawn from Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), a group allegedly unfamiliar with the typical protocols for such events. This raises concerns about their ability to adequately protect Trump.

Hawley, a member of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, has vowed to hold the Department of Homeland Security accountable for the apparent lapse in security. He criticized Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle, stating he has learned more from whistleblowers than from the department’s officials. Cheatle faces criticism for the agency’s handling of security, which has been described as the worst failure since the 1981 shooting of President Ronald Reagan.
