WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H recently opened up on Brock Lesnar. ‘The Beast Incarnate’ has been away from WWE for a little under a year. However, that doesn’t mean he won’t be returning. The former WWE Champion hasn’t been seen on WWE programming since being beaten by Cody Rhodes at SummerSlam 2023 after plans to bring him back at the Royal Rumble were scrapped.
Back in January, former WWE employee Janel Grant filed a lawsuit against Vince McMahon, John Laurinaitis, and WWE. The lawsuit saw the allegations of sexual assault and sex trafficking, and although he wasn’t named directly, Lesnar was also implicated. It was reported that the “former UFC Champion and WWE Superstar” named in the filing was Lesnar.
In the wake of the filing, plans to use Lesnar at the Royal Rumble were nixed. It was noted that he was removed from all creative moving forward.
While speaking to the Daily Mail, Triple H admitted the company would be “open to the conversation” should Lesnar want to return.
“You’d have to ask Brock Lesnar that. Brock does his own thing. He’s up in Canada I’m sure, watching his kids play hockey and enjoying life. If and when he decides that he would like to do something, we’d be open to the conversation. But, we’ll see.”
