Alexa Bliss’ fiance Ryan Cabrera has posted a photo on Instagram with a backside view where they are wearing basketball jerseys. You can see it below.
Alexa Bliss is a top Raw female star, and a UFC fighter just praised Smackdown’s biggest female name. UFC star Colby Covington recently picked up a huge win against arch-rival Jorge Masvidal by unanimous decision in a dominating performance at UFC 272 which took place at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. It has been noted that the story of Covington and Masvidal helped carry the fight. The former teammates took a similar approach to that of pro-wrestling to sell their fight- ‘Best Friends turning into Bitter Enemies.’
Colby Covington expresses his desire to join WWE
It is no secret that Covington has a strong interest in pro wrestling. Many former MMA stars such as Ken Shamrock, Matt Riddle, “Filthy” Tom Lawlor, Shayna Baszler, Josh Barnett, and former WWE RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey have switched to pro-wrestling in their careers.
As it turns out, ‘Chaos’ is eyeing to follow a similar route. During an interview with Sports Illustrated, he said that eventually, he would even like to land in WWE once his career in the Octagon is complete.
“I’d love to cross over and come into the WWE,” says Covington, 34. “But I love being a UFC fighter. I love fighting; it’s my passion and what I was born and put on this earth to do. After my career with the UFC is done, WWE is something I’d love to dabble in.”
Speaking about ‘The Baddest Woman On The Planet,’ Covington said:
“Ronda Rousey has impressed me [in WWE],” Covington says. “Her promo game has come on strong. She’s just a true entertainer. She knows how to put on a show for a crowd. “She is the baddest woman in combat sports. Look at her track record—she’s a trendsetter. The things she did in the UFC are unheard of. I’m a big fan of Ronda Rousey and I love the way she competes. I think she’s going to be the best WWE wrestler for a long time to come.”
Ronda Rousey is set to headline the first night of this year’s WrestleMania 38 in a match against Charlotte Flair. The event will take place on Saturday, April 2, and Sunday, April 3 at AT& T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
