Biden Forgets Trump Name During Speech

Joe Biden called Donald Trump ‘Former Trump’ during his Oval Office address.

Former President Donald Trump took to his Truth Social account on Sunday to share a succinct message of unity shortly after President Joe Biden addressed the nation from the White House. Biden had referenced a brief phone call between them and emphasized ensuring Trump’s safety amid the recent attempted assassination.

In response, Trump’s post on his social media platform read, “UNITE AMERICA!”

Earlier that morning, Trump had expressed gratitude on the platform, thanking everyone for their thoughts and prayers following the harrowing incident. He attributed divine intervention to preventing a tragic outcome and urged resilience and faith in the face of adversity. Trump also extended condolences to the victims and their families, emphasizing the importance of national unity and resilience against evil.

He concluded by expressing his love for the country and its people, anticipating an upcoming address to the nation from Wisconsin as a gesture of solidarity and determination.

Thank you to everyone for your thoughts and prayers yesterday, as it was God alone who prevented the unthinkable from happening. We will FEAR NOT, but instead remain resilient in our Faith and Defiant in the face of Wickedness. Our love goes out to the other victims and their families. We pray for the recovery of those who were wounded, and hold in our hearts the memory of the citizen who was so horribly killed. In this moment, it is more important than ever that we stand United, and show our True Character as Americans, remaining Strong and Determined, and not allowing Evil to Win. I truly love our Country, and love you all, and look forward to speaking to our Great Nation this week from Wisconsin.
