The Bullet Club has added a big name to it’s arsenal, as leader Kenny Omega announced at the New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) World Tag Team Finals on Saturday (December 10, 2016), that Cody Rhodes will be the club’s newest member.

Video packages used the term ‘The American Nightmare’ to describe Rhodes, eluding to the possibility of Rhodes appearing at the Wrestle Kingdom 11 event in Tokyo on January 4th. Cody would respond to the announcement on Twitter shortly after it was revealed:
