As noted, WWE has pressed charges against Oscar Ramirez, 37, who stormed the ring at Night of Champions this past Sunday. The charges brought against him were criminal trespass of property or building with no forced entry.
Ramirez was sentenced to ten days’ incarceration. Had his case gone to trial, he was looking at a year in jail.
