Cuba Gooding Jr. was spotted in Miami over the weekend, coincidentally in the same location where Diddy has been amid an ongoing federal investigation. TMZ obtained a photo of Cuba in South Beach on Easter Sunday, appearing relaxed as he navigated his phone while riding on the back of a golf cart advertising yacht rentals. He was accompanied by two unidentified individuals sitting in the front.
The presence of Cuba in South Florida is noteworthy due to his recent involvement in a lawsuit alongside Diddy. The lawsuit was filed by Rodney Jones, a former employee of the Bad Boy mogul, who named both Cuba and Diddy as co-defendants. Initially, Jones accused Cuba of inappropriate touching, which he later amended to allege sexual assault.
In his lawsuit, Jones claimed that Diddy introduced him to Cuba while they were on Diddy’s yacht, where the alleged incident occurred. Jones asserted that he had to push Cuba away during the encounter and felt as though Diddy had left him with Cuba in an attempt to pass him off to others in the industry.
Despite these allegations, Diddy has vehemently denied all claims made by Jones. Additionally, some of Jones’ allegations have been called into question upon closer examination.
While in Miami, Cuba has not been seen socializing with Diddy. Neither Cuba nor his representatives have addressed the allegations in Jones’ lawsuit or any connection to Diddy.
