Diddy’s Son Sued For Allegedly Assaulting…

In a recent complaint filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Grace O’Marcaigh accused Christian “King” Combs, son of Sean “Diddy” Combs, of sexual assault, sexual harassment, and infliction of emotional distress. O’Marcaigh alleged that the incident occurred while she was working on a yacht chartered by Sean Combs for a trip in late December 2022.

O’Marcaigh, who was working as a steward on the yacht, claimed that Christian Combs, heavily intoxicated, boarded the yacht and began pressuring her to drink alcohol. She alleged that Christian then became aggressive and started groping her body and private parts.

The complaint also mentioned audio recordings taken by music producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, which allegedly captured O’Marcaigh declining alcohol and telling Christian Combs to stop touching her.

O’Marcaigh claimed that she attempted to leave the studio but was later found by Christian, who insisted she find him a place to sleep. She alleged that Christian then blocked her in and attempted to force her to perform oral sex on him.

Following the incident, O’Marcaigh stated that she complained to the yacht captain, who did not believe her and took no action. She also alleged that she faced retaliation and was eventually let go from her job.

O’Marcaigh claimed to have suffered severe mental health issues, including anxiety, panic attacks, suicidal ideations, an eating disorder, and epileptic seizures, as a result of the assault.

In addition to Christian Combs, Sean “Diddy” Combs was named as a defendant in the lawsuit for aiding and abetting his son in the alleged assault and under premises liability as the person who chartered the yacht.
