Tammy pleaded a no contest to the DUI Manslaughter charges. She has two lawsuits against her in Florida pertaining to her DUI arrest. PWInsider reports that one civil suit has been dropped.

Her first lawsuit was brought to the front by the estate of Julian L. Lasseter. He was the person who lost his life in a three-car traffic incident involving a vehicle driven by Sytch on March 25th, 2022, in Ormond Beach, Florida. The lawsuit had various defendants including Sytch, her fiancé James Pente, and Ultimate Motor Cars, LLC.
September saw a time when Ultimate Motor Cars, LLC was removed as a defendant with prejudice. In January 2023, Lasseter’s daughter Whitney Hill asked for Ultimate Motor Cars, LLC to be added as a defendant which was granted. None of the other parties opposed this, as Pente didn’t say otherwise and Sytch had not filed a responsive pleading.

Tammy is charged with DUI causing death, causing death while operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, DUI causing injury, and DUI causing damage to property. These charges were applied as she was caught driving a white 2012 Mercedes-Benz E-Class with a suspended or revoked license.
According to Ringside News, It happened due to the car purchased through Ultimate Motor Cars, LLC. She purchased the car around February 3rd, 2022 and was arrested on February 24, 2022, in New Jersey.
Tammy awaits verdict on the charges, and has asked for consideration due to her mental disorders. It needs to be seen if there will be any consideration in this regard.
