Former WWE star Lana (now known as CJ Perry in AEW) was recently scheduled to be at CMLL representing Andrade El Idolo, but she had to miss out on that show as well as the 16th December episode of AEW Collision due to a severe infection on her finger, which worried fans.
Her infection had worsened, which is why CJ Perry had to undergo emergency surgery to save her finger. CJ Perry’s husband Miro took to his Instagram and uploaded a photo of Perry at the hospital, revealing that her surgery was a success and she is now recovering.
CJ Perry seemed to be in a positive mood, but it must be difficult considering the horrible situation. Hopefully, Miro is around to provide support for her during this time. She certainly has a ton of fans supporting her.
On Saturday, CJ Perry shared that finger infection had extended to her arm, leading her to seek medical attention at the ER. This situation resulted in her absence from CMLL on Friday and AEW Collision.
While giving fans a subsequent update on Monday, she disclosed that she has spent over 50 hours in the ER and hospital. Unfortunately, the infection has worsened, and she is now scheduled for surgery.
The former Lana took to Twitter, where she provided fans with a new update. It seems that her stint in the hospital is over, and she thanked fans for all the support she received.

CJ Perry also shared a photo of her finger, and it is incredibly hard to look at. She should have provided a warning, but not to worry, because you have been warned about the nature of how graphic it is.
CJ Perry will be missed, as she was in the middle of a manager storyline in AEW. She has been featured on Collision on a regular basis since her debut for the company.
