Matt Riddle’s controversy had seen a former WWE wrestler turned commentator come to his side. It turns out that this commentator has been accused of doing inappropriate things to fans and wrestlers alike. The person in question is Matt Striker.
Matt Striker had once come out in support of Riddle, but little did he know that his own past will come to haunt him. A wrestling fan named Kelsey has come forward and accused Matt Striker of doing inappropriate things to her. She claimed that Striker was trying to put his hand down her pants at an indie wrestling show. She never approved of such a behaviour but it happened without her permission.
Kelsey posted on X (formerly Twitter), “I once had to push striker off of me when he tried to put his hands down my jeans at an Indy show years ago because he was cool with one of my friends and thought that was enough of a go ahead. None of this remotely surprises me.” Ringside News reports that another fan came in support of her and even talked about how Matt Striker did some bad things to current AEW star Willow Nightingale. It made her uncomfortable.
She posted, “I can confirm from witnessing first hand that he’s a creep, and I was around NYWC a lot cause I thought that was gonna be where I start training but just couldn’t afford it. He was super inappropriate with current AEW talent Willow Nightingale. She looked very uncomfortable.” It looks like Matt Striker will have a hard time trying to brush off these allegations against him.

Matt Striker has maintained silence on the matter and hasn’t said anything as of this writing. It needs to seen if this is the only allegation that comes out against him. We would also have to keep an eye on the fact that there may be many layers to this situation and we may be just looking at the tip of the iceberg.
