Goldberg Brutally Attacks McMahon Family Member

In a recent interview on Steven & Captain Evil, professional wrestler Goldberg shared his complex feelings about WWE chairman Vince McMahon. While acknowledging McMahon’s significant role as the “big boss” in the wrestling industry, Goldberg expressed a mix of gratitude and frustration in his relationship with the WWE head.

Goldberg credited McMahon for providing him with a major opportunity, allowing his wife and son to sit in the front row and giving him the chance to perform in front of them. The wrestler expressed deep appreciation, stating, “I owe him everything” for these opportunities. However, there was a turning point that soured their relationship.

Goldberg recounted a crucial moment when he was asked to put over Roman Reigns in a match in Saudi Arabia, despite battling COVID at the time. He revealed a conversation with McMahon where he agreed to do it on the condition that he would receive a retirement match in return.

“I owe him everything, until we went to Saudi Arabia and he asked me to put Roman Reigns over, and I had COVID. I remember calling him from my house and said, ‘Listen, here is the deal. I’ll do it if you give me a retirement match.’ I did what he asked. As a performer, I was 56 years old. As a human being, you’re conscientious about how you look in a bathing suit, especially two months prior to being in that bathing suit, you couldn’t work out because you had COVID. I put myself in a horribly shitty situation to get what I wanted to, but to satiate him and give him what he wanted.”

Despite facing the challenges of being 56 years old and dealing with COVID, Goldberg went through with the Saudi Arabia match to fulfill McMahon’s request. He explained that he put himself in a physically demanding situation to satisfy McMahon’s wishes.

However, the frustration arose when Goldberg believed that McMahon did not uphold his end of the agreement regarding the retirement match. In straightforward terms, Goldberg expressed his dissatisfaction, saying, “Vince is a piece of shit as far as I’m concerned.”
