Is Triple H Firing WWE Diva For Racism?

Earlier this year, Tiffany Stratton marked her entrance onto the SmackDown roster, signaling WWE’s keen interest in her potential. However, her trajectory took a sharp turn when she found herself embroiled in controversy stemming from a racially charged video involving Jade Cargill, underscoring the gravity of the situation.

The controversy erupted when Tiffy Time shared a since-deleted video on her Instagram story. In the footage, she could be seen slapping Jade Cargill while a voiceover used a derogatory term, with Bianca Belair also visible, accompanied by laughing emojis. The racially insensitive undertones didn’t go unnoticed by fans, sparking widespread condemnation. In the face of mounting criticism, Stratton eventually took down the video.

According to Dave Meltzer’s report in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, it was acknowledged that had it been someone of lesser prominence, they might have faced immediate termination for a similar offense. Numerous fans brought the video to the attention of Triple H, elevating the issue to a significant and serious level.

”Fans started going crazy calling it racist and she took it down. Basically if this was someone who wasn’t a star they’d be fired instantly. Lots of fans sent the video on X to Paul Levesque so it was a pretty significant situation.”
