Jamie Foxx Is ‘Foul Mouthed Dog’ In Trailer Video

Popular actor Jamie Foxx is gearing up for his comeback underway with the release of a new trailer for his upcoming canine comedy Strays via Daily Mail.

The 55-year-old Oscar winner had suffered an unexplained ‘medical complication’ leading to his hospitalization in Atlanta in April and he is voices a hilariously foul-mouthed Boston Terrier in the live-action film.

Will Ferrell, Isla Fisher and Randall Park also voice dogs in the raunchy R-rated comedy, while Will Forte has an on-screen role as an abusive owner. The latest glimpse at the comedy comes after Jamie shared a video updating his fans on his swift recovery.

He also had to tamp down on rumors that he was ‘blind’ or ‘paralyzed’ from his medical emergency, though even more ridiculous rumors that the Ray star had been replaced by a clone were soon spread by online conspiracy theorists.

While Stray’s first trailer focused on Will Ferrell’s dog character Reggie being abandoned by his dismissive owner (Forte), the new trailer focused almost exclusively on his hijinks out in the big world when he crosses the path of Bug, the little Boston Terrier voiced by Jamie.

At first, Reggie greets an aggressive Rottweiler and a Dobermann Pinscher.

‘Hi there, uh, big dogs. I’m trying to get home!’ he says cheerfully.

‘I know which way that is. Right up my f***ing a**, you little s***!’ sneers the Rottweiler.

‘Oh, no, that can’t be right,’ Reggie replies in a hilarious deadpan.

The trailer then cuts to a vast green park, where Reggie admits he’s lost while Jamie’s character Bug gives him a pep talk.

‘You’re a stray now! You can do anything you want!’ he shouts over footage of him attacking a sprinkler.

Then the dog pack finds some leaking garbage bags outside a restaurant and start lapping up the dribbling liquid.
