Jill Biden Looks Like Mess At Kenya Dinner

During a State Dinner hosted by President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden for Kenyan President William Ruto and First Lady Rachel Ruto on Thursday evening, several notable events and appearances took place.

President Ruto arrived at the White House on Wednesday for a three-day visit, with the formal greeting ceremony on the South Lawn occurring earlier on Thursday. The ceremony, however, faced some difficulties as President Biden appeared to struggle with directions and movement, which drew some attention and criticism.

Later that evening, Jill and Joe Biden hosted the Kenyan president and first lady for an entertainment reception on the South Lawn. The event was marked by Jill Biden’s choice of attire, a blue sequin dress that some described as ill-fitting and tacky.

The State Dinner was notable not only for its primary guests but also for the presence of other significant figures. Former President Barack Obama made a surprise appearance, adding to the evening’s prominence. This meant that three U.S. Presidents—Joe Biden, Barack Obama, and Bill Clinton—were all present at the same event, underscoring the diplomatic importance of the dinner.

Hunter Biden, Joe Biden’s son, also attended the State Dinner. Despite the various legal and political challenges he has faced, his presence was noted as a demonstration of the Biden family’s solidarity.
