As noted earlier this week, Jimmy “Superfly” Snuka was scheduled to appear in court this past Monday morning at 9:30 AM in Allentown, PA for a preliminary hearing. However, the hearing has been postponed as a motion was filed by The Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office requesting that filing a “Bill of Information” without a preliminary hearing be approved by the court.

Snuka was charged with third-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter back on September 1st for the death of his then-girlfriend Nancy Argentino, which happened back on May 11, 1983.
Snuka will be appearing in court on Wednesday, October 7th at 10 am in Allentown, PA for a preliminary hearing.
