John Cena sent out a tweet related to romance that will surprise fans of his ex-girlfriend Nikki Bella.
“Relationships of any kind, friendship, business, romance ALL require investment of self, effort, empathy, and trust. If these lack, the imbalance will more than likely lead to distance and eventually disconnection.”
It has been quite some time that the wrestler-turned actor John Cena is absent from the WWE ring. He is currently focussing on his acting career.
Though he appeared in the video segment to reveal the locations of WrestleMania 38 and 39, he is yet to make a comeback to the squared circle.
John Cena to challenge for WWE Championship upon his return?
WWE Champion Bobby Lashley is on a top run of his career. He successfully retained his WWE Championship against Drew McIntyre and Braun Strowman at recently concluded WrestleMania Backlash pay-per-view.
The @WWEonFOX Instagram account posted a recent quote from Cena about his desire to appear in WWE again. He had appeared on Den of Geek and said:
“I really, really want to get back to WWE. I really want audiences to get back to WWE. Heck, I’m with everybody I think around the world saying I just want the world to get back to normal, but these are interesting times, and I have a lot of interesting opportunities at my feet, and I really do appreciate the WWE Universe understanding that after so many years.”
MVP, who works alongside Lashley as a member of The Hurt Business, responded to the post by cryptically expressed that they “eagerly await” Cena’s return.
John Cena has been off WWE programming since his lost to Bray Wyatt in a cinematic Firefly Fun House match in April 2020 at WrestleMania 36.
