NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose often drops pictures on her social media accounts. This time around she posted a picture that will sweat the guys. Rose dropped a picture after a yoga session and she said that she burned 400 calories after that. You can check out the screengrab below:
Mandy Rose reacts to Dolph Ziggler winning NXT title
Rose is having a great time in NXT having the top title of the brand around her waist. She leads the Toxic Attraction stable comprising of Gigi Dolan and Jacy Jayne, who are the reigning NXT Women’s Tag-Team Champions. Mandy Rose also recently took to social media via Twitter and reacted to Dolph Ziggler winning the NXT Championship, as Rose reluctantly congratulated him for the huge win.
Previously, Ziggler and Mandy Rose were also engaged in a storyline last year, where they were an on-screen couple. The relationship ended after Mandy turned on Ziggler at WWE’s WrestleMania 36 pay=per=view event to side with Otis. After that, Ziggler made many attempts to get back together with Mandy Rose.

Rose also recently joined in for an interview with HollywoodLife.com when she revealed that she isn’t afraid of changes, whether it’s for her career or her life. Here is what she said:
“Change in my world is always good. Of course, there is always apprehension. There is always fear a little bit with change — because you never know what the outcome is going to be. You might feel a little uncomfortable at first, but I think so far, I have been feeling the change. My career has always been based on taking risks — just going for that leap of faith and having my hard work and talent and perseverance and everything else kind of come along with it.”
