Former First Lady Melania Trump was spotted in New York City on Tuesday, carrying an extravagant handbag while her husband, Donald Trump, campaigned in Wisconsin. Melania, dressed in an all-white ensemble, was accompanied by Secret Service guards as she entered Trump Tower. Her outfit included a wedding band and a matching white Hermes Birkin bag, which can cost up to $33,000 on the resale market. She also wore Christian Louboutin flats, retailing for around $700.
This rare public appearance is one of the few times Melania has been seen outside Trump Tower since her husband was convicted of 34 counts of falsifying business records related to hush money payments to Stormy Daniels before the 2016 election. The former president has denied any wrongdoing.
Melania and her son, Barron Trump, were previously seen leaving Trump Tower on June 4 with a significant amount of luggage. However, Barron was not present during her recent outing.
Meanwhile, Donald Trump has remained active in the public eye, making several campaign stops in the Midwest this week. In Wisconsin, a key swing state, he addressed voters in Racine. This visit was his first to Wisconsin since his conviction and since reportedly criticizing Milwaukee, the host city for the 2024 Republican National Convention. At the rally, Trump attempted to clarify his previous remarks about Milwaukee, emphasizing his support for the city despite concerns about crime and election integrity.
