WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair recently made headlines after expressing his dissatisfaction with Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza in Gainesville, Florida, accusing the restaurant of disrespectful treatment. Flair explained that he was asked to leave Piesanos after a confrontation with the kitchen manager, despite having spent $1,500 at the restaurant and taking photos with customers and staff. The altercation gained public attention, leading to scrutiny of the events that led to his removal from the restaurant.

Flair claimed that the confrontation began when he noticed the kitchen manager spending a lengthy amount of time in the bathroom, prompting a heated exchange between them. Following this, Flair publicly warned people in Gainesville to avoid Piesanos for a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant’s co-owner, however, defended the decision to remove Flair from the premises.

In response to the incident, the restaurant released a statement defending the professionalism of its staff.

“We have reviewed video of the incident that took place recently at our restaurant. It is clear that our team worked in a professional manner to ensure the safety of guests and staff. We have thanked our team for their professionalism. We are proud of how they responded to this situation, demonstrating our team values,” the statement read.

The footage depicts Flair’s escalating frustration and confrontational behavior during his exchange with the manager.

The footage shows Flair using offensive language, referring to the kitchen manager as a “dips****,” and at one point, challenging him to a physical altercation outside the restaurant.
