Sasha Banks is an excellent superstar that rose to the ranks of the WWE. She was on the third brand and then moved over to the main event situation on Monday Nights. She even graced SmackDown with her presence. Her quality of matches has been exceptional.
The former WWE star walked out of the company in May, when she and her tag team partner Naomi had some creative differences with the then-Chairman and CEO, Vince McMahon. She has not returned to the ring in any capacity since that departure.
The scuttlebutt stated that both Naomi and Sasha have reached a deal and should return soon. While that hasn’t happened, new speculation has taken centre stage. It comes to light after the former Raw Women’s Champion posted an Instagram story.
The story focused on fighting Kairi Sane. The image had IWGP in it, so it’s possible that the two may meet inside the ring in New Japan Pro Wrestling. Kairi Sane left WWE a while ago, and it would be interesting to see the two come to loggerheads outside of the WWE.
It would make way for some interesting story, and with the ability to cut promos the two can put on a clinic between the ropes. WWE capitalized on it, but couldn’t do it the way it was possible. Let’s see if some other promotion can bring this to reality.
