While speaking on The Victory channel, the former President Of The United States, Donald Trump, had a lot of interesting things to say regarding the CNN and Fox News situation.
Donald Trump expressed his thoughts on recent changes within the media landscape, specifically addressing the departure of Don Lemon from CNN and the situation involving Tucker Carlson and Dan Bongino at Fox News. Trump’s remarks reflected his opinions on the matter.
Regarding Don Lemon’s departure from CNN, Trump saw it as a positive development. He referred to CNN as “fake news” and indicated that Lemon’s departure was a good thing in his eyes. Trump’s stance suggested a disagreement with Lemon’s reporting or viewpoints, leading him to express satisfaction at the news of Lemon’s departure.
However, Trump took a different tone when discussing the situation involving Tucker Carlson and Dan Bongino at Fox News. He expressed sadness and disappointment at the news, emphasizing that both individuals were significant voices within the media landscape. He called it ‘really bad.’ Trump considered their presence important, implying that their departure would negatively impact Fox News. He acknowledged that there might be more to the story than meets the eye, hinting at the possibility that Carlson and Bongino may have voluntarily left the network. Nevertheless, he characterized the situation as unfortunate and lamented the loss of their voices on television.
Trump’s statement revealed his perspective on media personalities and their influence. While he celebrated the departure of a figure he perceived as unfavorable, he expressed concern over the removal of voices he deemed valuable. His comments reflected his thoughts on media outlets and their impact on public discourse, highlighting his support for certain individuals and his belief that their absence could have negative consequences.
Well the only good thing is that Don Lemon is out. And that’s good, cause CNN fake news they fired Don. That’s good. The Tucker situation, Dan Bongino, that’s sad. These are two great people, two very important voices. Look they’re gonna do incredibly well. We don’t even know, maybe it’s possible they left. But something bad happened and taking those voices off television is very bad and it’s certainly not a good thing for Fox, so I was very sad to hear it.
