According to Mediaite, former President Donald Trump took to Truth Social on Tuesday to launch a scathing attack on a range of GOP elders who have shown support for Florida Governor Ron DeSantis. Trump also used the opportunity to showcase two of his many nicknames for his chief rival for the Republican presidential nomination.
In his post, Trump targeted Rupert Murdoch, calling him the “Worst Republican Speaker ever,” while also attacking Paul Ryan and Karl Rove, whom he referred to as RINO KARL ROVE. He also took a swipe at The Wall Street Globalist Journal and FoxNews, which he described as “rapidly disintegrating,” for their promotion of DeSantis in recent months. Trump asserted that without his endorsement, DeSantis would be working at a McDonald’s or at a minimum, be far away from Tallahassee.

Trump, would now be working at a McDonalds or, at a minimum, be far away from Tallahassee. Anyway, all of this RINO/GLOBALIST push from Election Undenier Murdoch has crushed DeSanctus in the Polls!
It is not the first time Trump has attacked Murdoch, the 93-year-old Chairman of Fox Corporation. Last month, as Fox faced a costly defamation lawsuit from Dominion Voting Systems, Trump offered legal advice to Murdoch, arguing that Fox News was in big trouble if they did not expose the truth on cheating in the 2020 election. Trump has also previously praised Paul Ryan, who served as Speaker of the House during his tenure in the White House, and Karl Rove, who was an advisor to his 2020 campaign.
None of Trump’s targets have officially endorsed DeSantis, and it remains to be seen if they will.

Earlier on Tuesday morning, Trump previewed his upcoming townhall with CNN’s Kaitlan Collins, warning that it “could turn into a disaster for all, including me.” Later in the day, Trump complained about his treatment in the ongoing defamation and battery suit brought against him by E. Jean Carroll, who has accused him of raping her in the 1990s.
