In a recent post on his Truth Social account at 6:44 PM EST on November 16, 2023, Donald Trump expressed his dissatisfaction with Judge Arthur Engoron, whose decision has reportedly been overturned by the New York State Appellate Division (Appeals Court) for the fourth time in the same case. Trump vehemently criticized the judge for what he labeled a “Ridiculous and Unconstitutional Gag Order,” preventing him from defending himself.
Trump accused Judge Engoron of being politically biased and contended that the judge’s clerk, whom he described as “Trump Hating,” was contributing to the court’s perceived decline. He further characterized the judge’s actions as a “disgrace,” particularly in defending what he called the “Worst and Least Respected Attorney General in the United States,” Letitia James.
According to Trump, James is conducting an “illegal Witch Hunt” against him, and he labeled her a “Worldwide disgrace.” He criticized the judge for siding with James and asserted that the judge’s actions would have lasting negative consequences for businesses and jobs in New York State.
Trump maintained his innocence, claiming he had done nothing wrong, emphasized that his numbers were low, not high, and highlighted the existence of a complete disclaimer clause. He pointed out that a star witness had admitted to lying and fabricating the case against him. Additionally, Trump accused the Attorney General of utilizing a “Get Trump” platform during her political campaigns for Attorney General and Governor, both of which he noted were unsuccessful.
Concluding his post, Trump called for an end to what he characterized as a “wicked attack on Democracy,” emphasizing the urgency of putting an end to the situation. The post reflects Trump’s ongoing legal battles and his continued use of social media platforms to communicate his perspective to the public.\
According to Trump in another post, the alleged fraud involved Engoron and Letitia James deliberately undervaluing his assets to create a false appearance of guilt. Trump insisted that witnesses and experts had conclusively proven that his financial statements were conservative, not inflated, as claimed by James and Engoron. He accused them of colluding to significantly devalue certain assets, leading to a wrongful and baseless ruling of guilt for fraud without the due processes of knowledge, trial, or jury.
Trump characterized the situation as a “public relations disaster” for New York State, asserting that the collusion between James and Engoron has caused irreparable harm. He pointed to rising violent crime and companies fleeing the state as consequences of this alleged injustice, painting a dire picture of the current state of affairs in New York.
Trump Hating, Radical Left Judge, Arthur Engoron, is, sadly, the most overturned Judge in New York State. He was just stayed on his Gag Order, which Unconstitutionally prohibited me & my attorneys from talking about important elements of a Fraud case where it was he & Letitia James that committed the Fraud by knowingly, substantially, & outrageously devaluing my asset values in order to make me look guilty of something which I did not do. In actuality, witnesses & experts have proven conclusively that my Financial Statements Value is LOW, or very Conservative, not HIGH, as they were claiming. A.G. James & Engoron worked in COLLUSION to make some assets many times lower in Value than they are. By doing this, they ridiculously & wrongfully, without Knowledge, Trial, or Jury (which is not allowed in this case!), ruled that I was guilty of FRAUD. This HOAX is a public relations disaster for New York State. Violent Crime is raging, and companies are FLEEING, never to be seen in N.Y. again!

The Radical and Unprecedented actions of Judge Engoron will keep BUSINESSES and JOBS forever out of New York State. I have done NOTHING WRONG, my numbers were low, not high, I have a COMPLETE DISCLAIMER CLAUSE, their Star Witness admitted he lied and made up this Fake case against me, and the the Attorney General used a “Get Trump” platform in order to run for A.G. & Governor (she failed!).
