Donald Trump may be in a situation wherein he would have to testify for the fraud by Trump Organization. The fate of the organization lies in the result of the case against the former President in Judge Arthur Engoron’s court.
New York Attorney General Letitia James brought this case against Trump, whom the 45th President of the United States considers “is a totally corrupt person, a terrible person driving people out of New York.”
Judge Arthur Engoron agrees with Letitia James’ claim, and has set the case for trial. Donald Trump called out the New York Courtroom, after the lunch break where he said that an unnamed court worker is “screaming” into Engoron’s ear whenever Trump’s legal team asked a question.
New York Attorney General Letitia James stated that the former President exaggerated the worth of the Trump Organization’s assets to his benefit and against the creditors.
According to Mediaite, Trump stated that “murders are going on” even as the trial unfolds. Notably, the former President never hesitates to speak his mind, and went on to speak about this entire situation in a statement during the court proceedings.
