Trump Prosecution ‘Dead’ After Shocking Court Bombshell

Legal analyst Caroline Polisi delivered a strong assertion on MSNBC, declaring that recent testimony contradicting Fani Willis’ statements about her relationship with a colleague could be “game over for her” in the election fraud trial involving former President Donald Trump.

Polisi, a frequent commentator on both MSNBC and CNN, expressed the significance of the developments, emphasizing the potential impact on the Fulton County DA’s case.

She stated, “Don’t let the legalese fool you. This is epic. This is monumental. If things are going in the direction we think, Fani Willis lied to the court, it’s game over for her. She will be disqualified. If they had a relationship prior to when they represented truth to the court, it’s a huge deal. I can’t overstate.”

Providing additional context to her remarks, Polisi explained in a statement to Mediaite, “Willis will be disqualified, which means her entire office is disqualified, which means the case will have to be re-assigned and languish with the PAC of Georgia, effectively killing the case. Her credibility is completely shot.”

The potential consequences of these revelations on the election fraud case initiated by Willis against the former president remain uncertain. At the very least, it could imply the end of Willis’s involvement in leading the case, given the apparent revelation that she may have lied under oath regarding the timing of her affair with her deputy, Nathan Wade.
