UFC Fighter Reportedly Assaults Man At Hotel

Chael Sonnen is a former MMA star and has seen moderate success in the promotion. He also seems to be in trouble with legal authorities again after allegations that he assaulted a hotel employee at the Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas.

This news was first reported by MMAFighting.com, which reported that Joshua Olds had filed a civil complaint against Sonnen and unnamed parties earlier this month. The hotel employee alleged that Sonnen’s friend had instigated a physical altercation where he and the former UFC fighter both attacked and punched Olds.

He incurred “serious physical injuries that necessitated significant medical treatment. Chael Sonnen has not been taken into custody. However, he is currently facing faces four counts of misdemeanor battery.

In December last year, Chael Sonnen was involved in a physical altercation at the Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas. Chael Sonnen faced 11 separate charges stemming from the incident, including a felony charge of battery. Sonnen was accused of assaulting six people, including a woman, and allegedly strangled another person.

The former UFC star was eventually charged with one felony battery by strangulation and 10 misdemeanor battery charges, which were later reduced to just six, but it seems his trouble with the law is not ending anytime soon.
