WWE Three Big Stars Quit Before Raw?

WWE stars Bobby Lashley and MVP are likely to leave the WWE. However, it’s not a done deal just yet.

On Sunday, it was reported that Bobby Lashley, MVP and Tamina have been removed from the WWE’s internal roster. This is what tipped Jinder Mahal off that he would no longer be wrestling last year, so it looks to signify an end to their WWE in-ring career in the future.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider reported that the WWE has released neither Bobby Lashley or MVP. However, they are expected to leave the company as soon as their current deals expire.

He also mentioned that Triple H turned down MVP’s request to reform the Hurt Business. This was something MVP also confirmed on social media.

“According to multiple WWE sources, neither Lashley nor MVP have been released by the company. Internally, they are expected to depart when their contracts expire. But, as one source who pointed out that until those contracts expire, nothing is official, and cautioning, ‘This is WWE.  There’s always a chance something could change.’”

They did not mention Tamina, who was reportedly off the active talent roster at the same time.

Tamina’s status remained uncertain. However, that was in the past as well. PWInsider reported that despite online rumors suggesting Tamina has been removed from the WWE roster, she is still listed internally under the company’s Miscellaneous section as of 11 AM this morning.

F4WOnline.com‘s Dave Meltzer added more on the situation, sharing that WWE is under the assumption the pair will leave and try to reform The Hurt Business elsewhere.

It was noted that it’s unknown if they could use that name due to trademark issues. However,  they want to reunite with Shelton Benjamin. AEW was mentioned as a potential destination, but nothing is official.

Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful (via Fightful Select) also reported that Bobby Lashley’s WWE contract is to expire soon. While he is still under contract, it looks to be only a matter of time until he exits the WWE, six years after starting his second run in the company.
