The ever-entertaining Kevin Owens did something unusual recently when he removed both the profile photo and cover pic from his twitter account and replaced it with a Blank picture.
This lead to many speculations on the possible reason behind Owens’ move, though after a while Kevin himself cleared the reason behind his action via a number of tweets,
In the tweets as seen below, Owens revealed that he blacked out his Twitter account to represent the future of America because the US title is now held by a ‘terrible human being’:
My Twitter account is blacked out to represent the future of the U.S. now that the United States Title is held by a terrible human being.

The United States of America deserve a champion they can be proud of. Someone good. Someone kind. Someone with dignity. That someone is ME!

Tonight, I begin my path to reclaiming MY Title and promise to everyone, but more importantly, the children, that I will get it back.

It’s worth mentioning here that AJ Styles defeated Kevin Owens at a recent WWE Live Event and became the new WWE United States Champion.
After his victory, their scheduled championship match at Battleground was called off, although it was announced on this week’s episode of SmackDown Live that Owens will get his rematch for the title at the upcoming SmackDown exclusive PPV.
