WWE announced during the RAW pre-show that Kevin Owens will be appearing on tonight’s show to address the WWE Universe following his big win over John Cena at last night’s Chamber event.
WWE is in San Antonio, TX at the AT&T Center for tonight’s Monday Night RAW.
