Roman Reigns and Bobby Lashley went to war to earn the number one contender’s spot for the Universal Championship at Summerslam. The two put up a hell of a fight in the rematch from their Extreme Rules encounter.
However, Reigns hit the spear on Bobby Lashley to earn his spot against the Beast at Summerslam. Reigns will once again face Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship at Summerslam next month. The two went at it at WrestleMania 34 and The Greatest Royal Rumble but on both instances, Reigns came up short.
With Lesnar making his way to the Octagon against Daniel Cormier, it looks like Reigns might finally get his hands on the Universal title. Either way, this will probably be the main match at Summerslam this year.
