Daniel Bryan’s return to in-ring action sprung up as a surprise and the wrestler has not looked back since despite his return not going as well as planned. The WWE are apparently desperate to tie down Bryan with the company before his current contract expires on September 1.
Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that Bryan’s segment with The Miz on the recent edition of SmackDown Live gave an indication that the officials are clearly unhappy with him not signing the deal.
Meltzer also went on to claim that “there’s a lot of weird stuff going on”, behind Bryan’s contract talks without adding any more details.
Bryan has also been removed from several live events to ease the schedule, on his request. While the WWE are complying with Bryan’s request, they definitely want the “Yes” superstar to extend his stay in the company,
