Major Damages Reported to $25,000 Per Month Mansion That The Rock Was Renting

– GossipExtra.com reports that The Rock may have to pony up $80,000 for damages to a $6 million mansion in Southwest Ranches, Florida that he had been renting for the past two years. Rock had been renting the place at 17801 SW 63rd Manor for $25,000 per month.

Rock rented the place for two years while his permanent mansion was being finished down the street. Rock moved out in January but the landlords discovered that the property had not been properly maintained. It was noted by one neighbor that Rock had a professional cleaning company at the home when he moved out.

One neighbor noted that there was a nice fountain out front that shot water 15 feet into the air but it mysteriously disappeared. There were also two busted air conditioning units and a second fountain that disappeared.

The Rock reportedly held “bad-ass” parties on the property, which could explain some of the damage. Other damages included rotten Astroturf in the batting cages, scraped up concrete paint under an overhead where Rock parked his black Ford truck, thousands of dead plants & flowers that likely were not watered, dozens of dead rare tropical fish in a salt water tank and more. There were so many scratches on the wooden floors that they had to be refinished throughout the home.

The property includes a 42 car garage, 28,000 square feet of living space, five full bars, batting cages, $1.2 million worth of landscaping, $90,000 worth of security equipment and more. It is owned by a land trust that’s owned by a hedge fund. The land trust’s lawyer is reportedly negotiating with Rock in an attempt to avoid a lawsuit. That lawyer declined to comment on the story and The Rock’s manager couldn’t be reached for comment.
