– WrestleMania 31 landed at #5 on the Forbes’ “Fab 40″ list of valuable sports brands in 2015. This is up from the 2014 edition of the list as WrestleMania 30 came in at #8 on the list. WWE has since issued the following about making the list:
Forbes has released its annual “Forbes Fab 40″ for 2015’s most valuable sports brands. Last year, WWE’s Showcase of the Immortals – WrestleMania – ranked No. 8. For 2015, however, The Grandest Stage of Them All ranked at No. 5, proving that every year WrestleMania gets bigger and better. With The Show of Shows emanating from AT&T Stadium in 2016, there may not be much standing in WrestleMania’s way of the coveted top spot.
– Lillian Garcia announced Sheamus during last night’s Hell in a Cell PPV from “Dublin, England,” which is inaccurate as he is from Dublin, Ireland. Sheamus tweeted the following about it:
