More On How Much WWE Earned In The Third-Quarter Of 2015

WWE released their third-quarter earnings for 2015 on Thursday and down below are some of the highlights of their earnings, which can be seen in their press release here.

 


 

PPVs drew 278,000 buys for the three events, which is only down slightly from 294,000 comparable buys the same quarter of 2014.

* Battleground drew 80,000 buys, which is down compared to 99,000 in the third-quarter of 2014.

* Summerslam drew 121,000 buys, which is down compared to 147,000 in the third-quarter of 2014.

* Night of Champions drew 77,000 buys, which is up compared to 48,000 in the third-quarter of 2014.

– The Media Division did $114.9 million, compared to $76.9 million in the third-quarter of 2014.

-WWE did $166.2 million for the quarter, which is up from $120.2 million in the same quarter in 2014.

– WWE did only $5.0 million in the quarter for live events.
