ECW star Brian Knighton, professionally known as Axl Rotten, died on February 4th in Baltimore, Maryland. He was found in a McDonald’s restaurant bathroom located in Linthicum, Maryland.
An autopsy confirmed that he died from an accidental drug overdose.
